What We Believe
Preaching & Teaching
We believe that in order to know God we must know the character, the plan, and the will of God revealed to us through Scripture. We believe anointed teaching is the catalyst for transformation in individual lives. We are committed to equipping Christians through the biblical teaching of God’s Word.
Exodus 18:19-20, Deuteronomy 11:18-19, Matthew 28:20, Romans 10:8-15, 1 Corinthians 1:20-25, 1 Corinthians 2:4-5, 1 Timothy 4:11-13, 2 Timothy 1:13-14, 2 Timothy 3:14-17, 2 Timothy 4:1-5, Titus 1:9, 1 Peter 1:25
Bible Knowledge
We believe the central purpose of God’s revelation in Scripture is to call people into relationship with Him. God’s Word is our guide, authority, and conscience in everything. We stand firm where it stands firm and remain flexible where it is flexible.
Psalms 119:11, Psalms 119:66, Proverbs 1:7, Hosea 4:6, John 8:31, 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Obedience
We believe the non-negotiable foundational Truth of Scripture is to be taught and lived out in every aspect of a person’s life.
Exodus 19:5, Deuteronomy 28:1, Jeremiah 7:23, Matthew 7:21, Luke 11:28, John 14:21, 23, Hebrews 5:9, 1 John 3:24
Worship
We believe worship is the ultimate end for which we were created. God, being eternal, self-existent, all-powerful, all-knowing, all holy and perfect, is the center of our universe. All creation exists to magnify His glory. This is central to all we are, think, and do.
Psalms 68:4, Psalms 75:1, Psalms 95:1-6, Psalms 150:1-6, John 4:23-24, Ephesians 5:19-20, Hebrews 13:15
Giving
We believe that God has given us all that we have and has entrusted us with the responsibility to give generously to the work He has called us to.
Malachi 3:10, Matthew 6:2-4, Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 8 & 9
Excellence
We believe excellence is a priority of ministry because it honors God and inspires people. We delight in offering God our very best.
